Prescription Drug Benefits Now Available for Seniors, Disabled September 15, 2006BOSTON - State Representative Michael A. Costello is pleased to announced the open enrollment period for the Prescription Advantage Program run by the Executive Office of Elder Affairs. The period begins today, September 15, and runs until November 15, 2006. Prescription Advantage can save qualified residents money by placing spending limits on annual out-of-pocket expenses for prescription drugs in both deductible and co-payment amounts. Prescription Advantage covers most outpatient prescription drugs, including insulin and disposable insulin syringes with needles. To qualify for Prescription Advantage, you must be a Massachusetts resident who is:
